Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, we do not provide refunds under normal circumstances.

Please place your order carefully after checking the product details.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered successfully unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been received.

If your product is eligible under our warranty policy, you may request a replacement.

Replacement Policy

7 days Replacement Warranty is available as per product policy.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

Replacement requests may require:

  • Product images

  • Packaging images

  • Unboxing video (if requested)

  • Order details

Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories.
